Studies have shown that Physiotherapy demonstrates effectiveness in improving quality of life through injury management and rehabilitation of physical impairments. It has also been shown to help alleviate pain, and provide preventative care which aims to improve physical functioning. My mission is to provide physiotherapy services that are client centred (one-on-one), exercise and manual therapy based (Myofascial release, soft tissue release, manual stretching, joint mobilizations, biomedical dry needling), with longer appointment slots (1 Hr Ax/Tx and 45min Tx) to foster a better therapeutic relationship.

Kayla was born in small town Cudworth, Saskatchewan and moved to Alberta in 2003. Kayla has always been very active; playing soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding and weight lifting. It was the injuries she sustained during these activities that caused her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Kayla completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2013 from the University of Alberta and promptly followed this with her Masters in Physical Therapy; finishing this degree in 2015.

Kaya currently resides west of Olds, AB with her husband and young daughter. It Is her mission to provide evidence-based, patient centred care to her patients by offering longer appointment times that are strictly one-on-one.
